"I've worked with Troy and Mark on two jobs. The first was a smaller job to install railings on my front porch. I could tell right away their workmanship was excellent, and I was impressed with how Troy worked through unexpected obstacles that came up during the process. I was thrilled with the railings - they tied into the existing porch perfectly and looked like they'd always been there! I then hired Troy for a much larger job, involving converting a small bedroom into a bathroom, and converting an existing small bath into a laundry room. Once again, Troy and Mark were great throughout the process. This job took the room all the way down to the studs, and my house is quite old, so a lot of carpentry needed to be done to get the new room to be level and square. They clearly know their craft and are complete professionals! They managed the demolition, framing, installed insulation, drywall, flooring, and doors, and they also coordinated with all the sub-contractors. The site was cleaned up and left safe after each day, which I appreciated especially as the job got messy. Again, Troy worked through the inevitable unexpected hurdles and always came up with good solutions. Troy was also flexible in working with me, as I wanted to do most of the finish work myself, and we kept in close communication throughout the 6 weeks of work. The job came in on-time and on-budget, and I absolutely love my new spaces! It's great to have confidence and security knowing that everything is so well-built. On a personal note, I also really appreciated that, as a woman living alone, I never felt uncomfortable with Troy and Mark (and their sub-contractors) in my home, and could always trust them to be respectful of me and my space. "My wife and I purchased a charming brick ranch home from the 1970s with dreams of transforming it into our ideal living space. Our first project was opening up the kitchen/family room to the living room by removing a load-bearing wall—definitely not a DIY job. We posted our project on Angie’s List and were soon contacted by Isai Huezo, owner of Huezo’s Construction LLC. Isai visited us the next day, and his estimate was so reasonable that we eagerly hired them on the spot. On Monday, a professional crew of four, led by a foreman, arrived promptly at 7:00 AM and got straight to work. They were not only highly skilled but also incredibly polite, keeping the work area immaculate during the demolition. By the second day, the team had seamlessly removed the remaining 2x4s, installed a robust lintel beam, and perfectly matched the drywall and trim to the rest of the house. We also had an outdated picket wall around the basement stairs. Isai recommended modernizing it with a sleek 3-foot wall, and it was completed within the three-day timeframe. Thrilled with their exceptional work, we discussed adding a dream screen porch and deck. The estimate was too good to pass up, so we went ahead. The results were nothing short of spectacular. The screen porch was beautifully integrated with the roof joists, and the deck, built on sturdy 6x6 posts and attached to the house, was a masterpiece. When we realized our old appliances didn’t match the newly renovated space, Isai went above and beyond, helping us select and purchase new appliances and offering to install them. "Sales rep, Tommy, was thoroughly entertaining while he explained the "basics" of roofing and the options available through CRC. He was very informative and confidant in their products and even suggested some tips on getting other proposals. I shouldn't have wasted my time with the "others", which were considerably less informative, more "pushy", and not really any less expensive (one of the "big name" competitors was actually a substantial amount higher).

The install process went extremely smoothly; the crew was on-time, very polite, and very efficient. The install supervisor kept me informed every step of the way and fixed some minor problems related to some hidden wood rot and documented everything with pictures (I wonder whether the competitors would have simply covered it up and left it to worsen???)

I expected to find pieces of shingles or nails around my house or in the landscaping but there was not one single scrap and absolutely no evidence of them being there except for the great looking new roof!

During the follow up visit to make sure I was completely happy with their roofing services, Van and Tommy mentioned that CRS also does attic insulation. After another educational description of the process, I accepted their very reasonable proposal and 2 days later the attic was insulated with no problems and absolutely no mess!!!

A few months have gone by and I'm extremely happy with both the new roof and the attic insulation!

The house is noticeably quieter (no more pitter patter of squirrel feet!) and I have already enjoyed a reduction in the heating/cooling costs since the HVAC system doesn't need to run as hard to keep the inside temp constant.
