The fellow that answered the phone was friendly, indicated they were very busy, but that they would get to my house after noon. The service tech, Brandon, called me about 3:00 pm and explained that he was running late but I was still on his schedule. When Brandon showed up he was friendly, apologetic for taking so long to show up, and knowledgeable. It took him about 5 minutes to diagnose the problem and another 30 to fix it. He had the necessary parts in his truck. Show-up fee (on a Saturday) was $89 for "diagnostics." Parts and labor for the repair was $111. VERY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE."

Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
