"I was promised excellent work for the money I pay. The product I received is barely satisfactory. The windows are new, but that is the only good thing about them. The alignment of window parts is very poor, the UV film inside the windows has bubbles, screws are sticking out of the inside frame, caulking is uneven. Scheduling service made every effort for me to never meet with the team, even when I said I don't feel safe if they come to my house without me. The President of the company, Gerry Rogers, is not responding to my emails after giving me a call and saying that they take every customer's satisfaction seriously. Seriously? It has been ten days since I sent him an email and still waiting for the response."

Brad paid incredible attention to detail and was also extremely responsive. He was always professional, patient and courteous. We love the way it all turned out!! "The work was excellent, however after the installation I discovered that I had been given very cheap product for the price I was ask to pay. I had solid and steady glass doors on the shower doors they remove. They replaced them with very cheap glass that bent like Plexiglass, I've never seen glass bend and also hung like curtains from the top only, no support on the bottom. When I told them I found the doors to be unacceptable for a senior I was told they would remove them, seal the holes and I could hang showers curtain but still pay for the shower doors they will remove. I was expecting an upgrade, instead I was given hanging glass doors for an outrageous amount. The shower makeover I ordered the salesman called it my dream shower, instead it has become a nightmare for me, I have not used this shower as I'm very afraid of using it as I may accidentally bump against the door and fall through it."

"You should probably add 4-6 weeks to the expected delivery date if you expect to need the "enclosed" hardware. I received the blinds in the estimated time, but it came without the required hardware. I have made 4 calls (at least) over several weeks, but the hardware is nowhere in site. It is clear that SelectBlinds.com is a marketing company only has outsourced all production and fulfillment to third parties and evidently has a difficult time coordinating these type of customer service issue. Extremely frustrating that my blinds have been sitting in the floor for over a month and all I need is a few screws. Happy to go to Home Depot to get the screws, but SelectBlinds can't even tell me what sizes I need."

"Repair Clinic sent me a water intake valve that had some scuff marks and an unnecessary fixture (which I thought nothing of, assuming it had been removed from a new dishwasher). When the part did not fix my dishwasher's issue, I ordered a circulation pump, which also failed to fix the issue, so I decided to return both parts. Repair Clinic blamed me for the scuff marks and extra fixture, which is unacceptable. They referenced their return policy which states that parts which have been installed cannot be returned, and denied me any form of refund. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse. Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors."

"Back on 2007, I interviewed several “window” companies to replace 21 windows in my home. What I found out was that when it comes to vinyl windows construction, they are all pretty much the same. I found the difference between the companies was the way they sold the window. Specifically, a couple of the companies would up-sale for parts to cover the tops of the sides of the window frame etc. Window King, had one price for each window, size dependent (no up-sale). The price was not the lowest but when I considered the “up-sale” factor some of the other companies applied to their pitch, Window King was very competitive. I contracted Window King to replace all 21 of the windows and wrap the windows seals. They completed all of the work in 2 days. It all worked out very well. But that is not why I am taking the time to write this review. I am writing this because of their outstanding “Life Time and Transferable Warranty” in the 11 plus years after installation, I have had a few of the windows fail. In each and every case the warranty claim process was simple and direct. Window King never questioned my claim, nor did they try to deflect their responsibility. The window failed, I called Window King, they order a new window and when it comes in they drive to my home and install it. Just that simple, it is a shame that many companies are not as diligent in their customer care, after the sale as Window King. I highly recommend Window King for anyone who is looking. In case you are wondering why I am writing this endorsement now… I just had 2 windows replaced under warranty today, hassle free! Rick Merritt"
