"Jody was very helpful and considerate. He gave me plenty of information regarding the different options I had so that I could make an informed and educated decision. He and his assistant did a great job removing the old water heater and installing the new one. After the installation was complete, they were sure to clean up their work area. I was also pleased that they returned to my house at a later date to make a modification to one of the pipes that I had requested. I would higly recommend 4M Plumbing to my family and friends."

"We bought the Big Deal for a $75 appliance repair, thinking that they would fix our washing machine for this price. We should be so lucky. Having a crew in the area, they came out the same day and told us that the drain pump needed to be replaced, and that it would cost $160. I guess in retrospect I should have realized that parts would be extra. We had bought the machine used for about $200, and would have traded it in for another used one for about the same price. As it was, we spent more than that to fix the old one. I have no complaints about their service, professionalism, or punctuality. But if I had known the total price beforehand, I would not have chosen this option. As it was, once I bought the Big Deal, I felt like I was already invested and it limited my choices.

"Went well to this point of replacing parts. Then the United needed to have a system leak test and then needed freon put in pump. This was refused by Choice warranty. We were left with a partial repair and a heat pump not able to do it's job."
