"A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. "After reading their good reviews, we called ASG Seamless Gutters, and received an appointment for an estimate (which was free) right away.  Two gentlemen arrived right on time for the appointment (no four-hour window of waiting).  They were shown the insurance appraisal for the repair.  After taking measurements and assessing the damage, we were given an estimate that was $425 less than the appraisal.  We scheduled an appointment for one week later.  Because a storm was expected on the day of the appointment, they rescheduled for the day before the original appointment.  Two gentlemen arrived the day of the appointment as scheduled.  On the day the estimate was given, we were told the work would take 2 1/2 to 3 hours.  The work was completed and all of the old gutters were removed in exactly 2 hours.  The amount of the estimate was the amount we paid.
