Two major aspects of the job were changed without my consent therefore I did not have input into changes I would have made as it was too late when I noticed these changes. They were understandable as they would do to zoning and or building code. But I would’ve had them done completely different. Had I had a choice. This was totally unintentional. I chalk it up to a learning experience on both ends. Other than that everything was exceptional."

"We needed a mother-in-law suite of rooms (which meant we then needed a replacement living room and kitchen as a new build extension) but we also needed to go overseas for the most part of a year.
