"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"I would recommend R&J Preventative! My oven went out and I needed it fixed right away. The big appliance store where we bought it (five years ago) said they could come after Christmas :( I'm happy to say it's already fixed! As soon as I submitted an inquiry through Angi last night, I got a call right away from the owner. He was super understanding and polite. He sent a technician first thing this morning. The technician was friendly, polite and professional. He showed me everything he was doing. I will call R&J the next time I need help. (They fix pretty much everything!) I appreciate the calls and texts I got from the other contractors through Angi, but am happy with the work that R&J provided."

"I had an issue with my dryer overheating and after calling a few repair services, I decided to go with one that had great reviews. The technician was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. He quickly identified the issue and had the necessary parts to make the repair on the spot. He also took the time to explain what caused the issue and how to prevent it from happening in the future. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the service and would highly recommend them for any appliance repairs."

"MVFix to fixed my noisy clothes dryer, and they delivered another top-notch experience. Communication was excellent from the start?quick replies and clear scheduling. The technician was on time, greeted me warmly, and got straight to work with impressive professionalism. He quickly diagnosed the issue (likely worn bearings or rollers causing the racket), provided an accurate, upfront quote with no surprises, and completed the repair swiftly and efficiently. His friendly demeanor, respectful approach, and helpful tips made the whole process stress-free and pleasant. The dryer now runs quietly and smoothly again?fantastic service from a truly reliable team! Recommend!"

"Lorenzo was great! He was very friendly and knowledgeable. There was a problem with our oven igniter and he fixed it right away. They were running late and they let me know through text."

"Repairman Sergei was very knowledgeable and fast. Figured out what was wrong with oven in a matter of minutes. Doesn't overcharge and very honest with his work. Tells you upfront what needs repair and not pushy at all. I'm definitely using his service again."

"Excellent to work with. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. He anticipated what the problem was and brought the right part that needed to be replaced. He fixed my stove, and even fixed the adjacent countertop that was sagging. I wouldn't use anyone else from now on for appliance repair."

"Professional and fast service fixed my oven perfectly. Highly recommend for efficient repairs!"

"The technician, Derrick, was excellent, very thorough! He explained everything and completed our oven repair in about 45 minutes! Although he gave us a senior discount I thought the cost, $315.00 was very high! The part he replaced May have a price of $100.00. So thatâ s about $290.00 an hour for the labor! Probably a little too high! Also I mentioned that I am a retired Army Veteran with 37 + years service! You all can do allot better for military veterans and senior citizens on fixed incomes!!!!"
