I had a leak in the plumbing in the wall between the bathroom and the bedroom and he took the time to explain exactly was going on. He even went under the house (in the cold and dark) to inspect the issue further and took pictures so I could clearly see the problem myself. "Mike was excellent for this job. And it was no small job. I needed to move copper piping for baseboard heating from one bay in the wall to the one next to it. Mike thought fast on his feet and ran heat pex tubing from the boiler right up the cavity in the wall to the 2nd floor. Took a long time but Mike was on it and worked very hard and was very diligent. I will definitely call on Mike again in the future should I need plumbing or heating work."

"We were so happy with the kitchen and master bathroom remodel that Todd did for us that we hired him again to remodel our downstairs bathroom. Todd gutted the old bathroom down to the studs and rebuilt the floor in order to remove water damaged boards from a prior leak as well as accommodate the new curb less shower pan. Todd was very thoughtful and had some good design & layout suggestions and helped us work thru other challenges like how to route/hide things we didn’t think of such as vent pipes. Todd found and installed new window trim and doors that also closely matched the rest of the house to help maintain consistency throughout. He installed new tile on the floor, shower walls, and subway tile halfway up all the remaining walls. All of the lines were perfect again and he did a fantastic job. We have received many compliments on the bathroom and are thrilled with how it turned out. Todd is a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend him and his work."

"Overall, it went pretty well. I took a while to decide on which of the colours and edging I wanted; they did a good job of following up and reminding me. Since this work is for a house I'm renting, I wasn't always able to get measurements quickly. There were some quirks. The Big Deal price doesn't include removal and disposal of the old countertop; that was an additional $300. It also doesn't include the re-attachment of the sink as they don't do that work so I needed to get a plumber involved. To be fair, both of these were disclosed in the Big Deal and by them afterwards. Since this is template-based, I went out to the house and met an installer who created the template. He worked quickly but, unfortunately, his English was rather limited and several times during the entire project, he had to call their main office and hand me the phone so I could talk to someone there instead. This slowed down the process and made the interactions feel clumsy. On a positive note, they do care about the work; I had decided on 1/4" bevel edging and the main office called back and said that that edging has a higher risk of chipping and, since this is a rental, I should go with the 3/8" round instead, which I did. Since I was reusing my old sink, they brought the slab in and cut the hole for it on-site but used a vacuum and cleaned up the dust quite well. They also lowered the slide-in sink since the new countertop are thinner than the old one. This was after yet another back-and-forth conversation that resulted in a phone call to the main office so they could tell me they would do the work but wouldn't be liable for any resulting damage; there was none. The result looks good and once I get the sink re-attached, all will be well. There are still a couple of minor issues but it is a worthwhile upgrade."

And he shows a lot of pride in his work, and I am 73 years old, I have seen a lot of plumbers, some. I will never recommend like daigo plumbing. Stay away from him.
