They even came back to do some additional fixes to make sure that no water would get in. They also rebuilt a wooden trellis that was slowly rotting, so they did a large amount of work."

"They called me on the same day I placed the request on Angies List and set up an appointment to repair the drywall the very next morning. I included a detailed description of the scope of work, this was all confirmed again over the phone. I needed someone to patch up a hole that was roughly 14-18" in diameter. I let them know I had some of the materials - plaster, tape, board - but they used their own. They gave me the option of also sanding and painting which would have extended the scope of work for additional hours (allowing for drywall to dry before painting the ceiling) . I opted out of that to save a little bit of money since I have other renovation costs, but I am glad they gave me that option. Handyman arrived on time, moved and covered the furniture, and taped a barrier around the work space. He told me he would be finished around 11-11:30am, which was accurate. Overall, very easy to work with, reasonable. I plan to hire them again for a few other similar repairs."

"The project went really well and was completed in 4 weeks. CRG quickly painted and updated my entire apartment to repair plaster and woodwork and general repairs. In addition, they renovated my kitchen and were creative with solutions to increase storage in a tiny apartment. I was impressed with how considerate they were in keeping everything as clean as possible. CRG provided beautiful wood cabinets and quartz countertops that look like marble. "As reflected in the ratings above, in general, we were very pleased with the work by AMS.

In particular, their interior painting and bathroom renovation work were superb.  Other components of the renovation were good as well.

The owner, Frank, was cordial and professional.  As an example, he was well versed in working with the stairway and made good suggestions, while respecting our thoughts.  He even worked with a new subcontractor for the stairway railing and glass that seemed to have the better proposal than the one he usually uses.

The AMS crew members who worked on the basement, stairway, painting and bathroom were courteous and responsive to changes and suggestions.  They also "cleaned up" their work area each day.  They seemed to be a happy bunch, and at times we could hear one of them singing (pretty well :-) while working in the basement.

I suppose the best measure of a renovation company would be whether we would request their services again.  The answer would be a resounding "Yes"!"

"INCREDIBLE! I really appreciated the candor from the team, they helped me save money by not over investing in subpar products or in areas that didn't need the investment. They also did a great job of being economical when asking that I increase the budget to allow for better paint, for example. Most importantly, the team worked quickly and responsively. We needed the area finished before new furniture arrived in time for thanksgiving. The teams arrived on time (early on some days) and worked efficiently to get the job done.
