"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. "We had arranged for Mike to pick us up at 6:00am to take us to Dulles airport. The evening before Mike called us to confirm the time and was actually in our driveway a few minutes early which was fine.  We asked how to find him upon our return to DCA. He said he would be waiting for us in the cell phone lot and to give him a all once we had our baggage. (He gave us his card with his information). Mike actually called us as we were on our way to the baggage carousel to let us know he was waiting in the lot. "Excellent work done on replacing an existing Central AC system. They used adequate measures to protect the interior of the house during the replacement and cleaned up all work areas. They were very professional. The only negative thing was in relation to communications. A scheduled appointment was more than an hour late and i had to call to see if they were still coming. On at least one occasion it took more than a day to get a return email. Having been a project manager for various mechanical and electrical jobs, I understand the need to keep the information flowing between the customer and provider."

"I needed the splash guard replaced on my 2007 Honda Civic in a hurry because it was dragging on the ground. My boyfriend and I have been regular ABS Unlimited Auto Repair customers for about two years, so he called them on Columbus Day to see if they could squeeze me in. They said to come right in. When we went in, Tom took a look at it, called the Honda dealership and ordered the part. ABS had it installed by the afternoon. The service was great.
The extraordinary part came when I went to pick up the car. My bumper had become detached on the drivers side a few years ago when I was parked at the Metro. ABS professionally reattached the bumper at no charge...without even telling me! I continue to be delighted by their excellent service. Everyone on the staff is very friendly and helpful.
