"If you want honest, straight-forward, complete, and competitive pricing for a new HVAC system, go to Bluestar Air Mechanical. Our 21-year old systems needed replacement and we began our quotation/search process. Amongst the 7 companies we inquired with, Bluestar had the most comprehensive explanation, set of offerings, and was patient with us as we completed our comparisons. John promptly and completely answered all of my questions ranging from installation, future usage, efficiency, and advice on what was necessary vs an accessory. Lynn at the office was prompt and courteous on all of my scheduling, dispatch, and payment inquiries. You'll get top notch quality, service, and friendliness if you work with Bluestar for your HVAC replacement needs."

"Brian and Ray did an outstanding job setting up my new HVAC system. They performed service above and beyond expectations. I would highly recommend McCrea and these individuals looking for high quality HVAC work."

"One of the best contractor experiences we have ever had. Jim called the day before to confirm the appointment. Larry the Plumber was so nice to deal with. He put on she covers to protect my wood floors, worked very neatly and gave us some tips about ongoing maintenance. He did a perfect job. This review us for Petro in central NJ. i was not able to change the company location. We hired them through Amazon."

"They answered all the questions I had about the new A/C unit. Customer service was the best service I've had in a long time.Â"

"It was pricy, but it was good service. Well, that's hard to say because it's all expensive, as oppose to any other air conditioning company, it's about the same, just too much money in general."

"Michael arrived exactly on time and took me to sign a lease on my new apartment, stopping twice along the way so I could buy a money order for the security deposit.  He had memorized directions to the new place, which were complicated - we had no problems finding the place and he got me there right on time.  Picking out my apartment and signing the lease took much longer than expected and he waited patiently for over an hour and a half.  He then brought me home.  This was the second time I had used his service and I was just as pleased the second time as the first.  I had to reschedule twice and he was very pleasant about it - in fact he was very pleasant and professional in all our interactions. Even though it took longer than expected and even though I had to reschedule twice, he did not charge me extra.   I would highly recommend him and will use him in the future.

"This company was wonderful. I had to reschedule twice. They worked with my availability. They answered all my questions and explained in detail if needed. I will definitely use them again and am considering having a heat pump installed in addition to the oil furnace I have already. Also, they stayed until they ensured the furnace was running properly. I am extremely happy eith the service they provided!"

"I've been using ABS for 12 years on all of my cars (I tend to drive cars until they fall apart).  They've always been cheerful, reliable, and fair.  They've never tried to sell me anything that I didn't want - they call with an estimate and suggest the things that are more important to do right away and those that can be deferred, which is useful if you're on a budget.  Quality is excellent, and they try hard to fit your schedule.
One thing I find very useful is that there's a CUE bus stop across the street that goes to Vienna Metro, so I can drop my car there in the morning, take the bus to the Metro, and then pick up my car in the evening.  As long as you tell them, they'll leave the keys locked in the car, so even if you get there after they close, it works great.

"Jim is local.  It went great. Jim Ferrell is a professional of the highest caliber. Responded quickly, took care of my problems, and advised me as to better means of protection than I had. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.
If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim.
I highly recommend Jim to anyone that needs these type services.

"Turrell is a wonderful HVAC technician with his own hard-earned experience and that of being part of the family business (read: generations of experience and mentorship). T asked me to write a review for him, but it's been SO LONG since I have seen him, that I cannot remember anything other than my recollection of him being a great egg and a hard worker. Highly recommend him and now that we are reconnected, I invite him to reach out to me for a service contract at each of my properties."
