Owner Andy Sotelo was on the job, working alone or with his team of perfectionists for 6 days. Due to structural movement, we had over 20 cracks to repair after we got piers installed under our foundation. In our 3-car garage, we had another 32 places to repair from wear and tear, water damage and the garage s age. They went above and beyond to please the customer, even mopping the wood floors before they left. Out of kindness and respect for elders, they took their tallest ladder outside and washed two 10-ft. tall windows that we could not reach"

He and his helper, Eduardo, did an excellent job at a fair price, and they did it quickly (I needed the work done before some other equipment was to be moved into my home, and so I phoned and they appeared within hours to work for about five hours). They also helped move some equipment and supplies as I had hurt my back. Everything was done professionally and well."

"Two of them came out. There was a long list and we were happy to pay more, but I was not pleased when I got home. I wanted the caulking in the shower redone and they did not get to that. There is a gate in a storage thing out in the side yard and the door needed patching. I just did not like coming home. I felt like they rushed and just did not get it all done or even attempted to get it done. The price was not the issue. I just wanted those things done.
