"I had a new painter give me an estimate on painting the exterior of the house.  Our wood windows needed painting every year. We could not keep primer and paint on them.  He suggested Windows USA.  The painter himself had just had them installed at his house.  He told me they use a referral program. <br /> Through Windows USA referral program I made an appointment giving the painter's name as my reference.  When they set up the appointment, they made sure to tell us it was a 2 hour demonstration and asked if we had any other plans for that evening.  They also required both owners of the home to be there which is reasonable. <br /> The salesman Scott was prompt and professional.  We received a gift certificate for listening to the demonstration and that was taken care of first.  He went through his demonstration.  We were ready to purchase windows so the sales pitch was not over done but we could see where it could become a push.  We knew the windows would pay for themselves in a couple of years by not having to paint every year not to mention the heat and a/c savings.  We have an alarm system and the salesman said we might have to make some adjustments to the magnet connectors. <br /> Heidi called to introduce herself as our customer service representative a couple of days after purchase.  Went over our window order to make sure the order was correct for manufacturing.  Heidi called a couple of times to remind us the windows were being manufactured and to keep open a couple of days for installation.  I had marked landscape plants and irrigation with red flags so they wouldn't accidently walk on them which worked good.  Due to rain, we had to reschedule a couple of times.  The crew was on time.  The crew leader and I went over the order once again. The crew was made aware of our two inside cats. They went to work and made sure they kept the doors closed and windows were placed in quickly.  The crew was quite only talked about what they were doing, a few text messages but nothing that interfered with their work.  Very, very professional, the best I have seen.  Cleaned up after themselves inside and out.  They left a few tools over night since they needed to come back a second day to complete.  Removed 18 windows, checked for wood rot, insulated around wood and installed new windows in less than two days!  One of the crew walked me through how to open and close each window as we inspected all 18 window installations.  The windows are great, our house is very quite compared to what it was.  I asked what kind of caulk they used in case I needed to replace or if we get a crack in the caulk.  The crew leader said call the company and they will come out and fix it! Lifetime Warranty. The crew liked the company they worked for and you could tell it. <br /> The alarm system did need to be adjusted.  The Windows USA crew did exactly what need to be done for the alarm system to come in and adjust.  There was an additional cost from our alarm system for this but we were told this up front. <br /> We were invited to come to the manufacturing plant anytime for a tour. <br /> They have called us a couple of times about the referral plan - wanting names of people interested.  Close to being pushy since we will only give the names of people that are truly interested in replacing their windows. <br /> I can't help but talk about how wonderful the windows are and will continue! <br />"

"Met with salesman regarding replacing windows and some siding. Company was very punctual on appointment time. Salesman was very courteous and personable. The product appeared to be good quality. Pricing was much higher compared to other companies bidding on the same job. Salesman was very high pressure regarding closing the Sale that day. <br />"

"At each stage of the replacement, DD was professional, prompt, and masters of their trade and workmanship.  I will absolutely recommend to anyone considering home renovation work, especially window replacement, to consider using DD.Having replaced windows in a prior home through a different company, and being very dissatisfied with the quality of workand customer service I received, I was not looking forward to going through the window replacement experience once again. However, DD was different.  Their representative came to my home, at a time that was convenient for me, and asked me what my goals were.  We discussed options, including cost, and was not pressured to break my budget.  I would even go so far as to say that DD was very active and helpful in finding ways for me to meet the desired goals for my home while maintaining the budget I set for my family. Before signing a contract, I received bids from almost every reputable window replacement company in central Arkansas.  I even contacted two big box stores to see what they could offer.  DD was the only company that did not engage in negotiation gimmicks, or unreasonable attempts to inflate the price of the job.  The original price quoted by DD was fair and substantially less than the other companies.  Even at the lower price, in my opinion, the quality of the product I purchased from DD was hands down superior to the quality of the products offered from the other companies. I cannot express to you enough how extremely happy I am when I look out of the windows DD installed in my home, especially considering my prior experience with window replacement.  The product is solid.  The seams are tight.  There are no gaps between the moving and fixed components.  The caulk work is flawless.  The trim in my home was left in great condition.  In fact, I would note that DD prided their workmanship so much, that when they discovered a previous contractor from a different company had incorrectly installed a newer window in my home, they offered to fix the problem at no charge.  That is what I call customer service!"
