"Great. The bidding agent was very thorough and patient with my questions. The bid was roughly the same as a second bid. On time and responsive. They worked well getting a great installations and left it clean, even taking buckets of clay dirt with them. Courteous and approachable. The sump pump had a battery backup which was included--the deciding factor."

"I enjoyed the experience of working with Continental Siding. They showed up to write the estimate and measure on time. They called with an update on the window manufacturing. The installers called when completed and then set the time and date for installation. They came installed the windows on a weekend so as not to interrupt business. Good to work with."

"There were a few glitches.  They hit the water line (not their fault) and this had to be repaired and the water line blown out by a plumber.  This caused some delay as they did not have a plumber that they worked with and we had to wait for one to show up.  I also think they were over booked with foundation repair jobs and were spread a little thin.  The job was supposed to begin 5/10 and be completed that week.  It went on for an additional week.  Some suggestions that I would have for improved service would be to have a plumber on stand by to help them handle emeregencies and situations beyond their scope of capability and/or have a plan in place to handle unexpected circumstances.  It seemed that it was left up to the individual work team (2 men) who were handling the job.  There should have been a plan for contingencies.  Also, the reseeding of my lawn left something to be desired and still needs some work to bring it back but I can handle that.  I hired them for foundation work - not landscaping.  They did a good job of grading.
That said - I would DEFINITELY HIRE THEM AGAIN and am considering it for another foundation wall in my house (if they would want to take it on haha).  I beleive they know their way around a foundation.  I think that part of the job was EXCELLENT. They did a great job replacing the section of the concrete they had to jackhammer.  You can't even tell it was redone.  I have had no water in my basement since they completed the work.  Also, their workman - Lance - advised me about getting my gas meter straightened.  (It had sunk down and was leaning sideways) I had no idea that the gas company would do that for free.
Even though there were a few problems along the way, I felt that they really cared about the service they gave me and were concerned about me as their customer.  Looking back, all in all, they did a great job and I would hire them again and recommend them to others.
