It took 4 phone calls to get an estimate to fix the leak in 2 zones and we are on now 3 calls to get it scheduled for them to come back out and fix the leaks. 3 weeks later I still have 2 zones suspended with no scheduled day for them to come back. That’s just to fix a leak I then asked after 2 seasons of me asking to have someone come out to add a zone to cover our garden beds so a sales person comes and tells me I need a more experienced sales person to look at my system to provide an estimate that is now 5 days ago and I never heard any feedback on sending another sales person here. Don’t bother with this company, we will be using someone else going forward. I will also be sure to share with other households that we are friends with and related to our poor experience to let them know we should look for another company as I know they have experienced similar issues"

"I had used them to perform work in my backyard last year. They installed three zones with multiple heads the total bill was 1k. They did a good Job. I recently had an issue with a sprinkler head in the front. I had asked to set a time to have this fixed along with some other things but since they can't schedule in a timely manner they called at the last minute and said they are in the area so I said fine please replace the one sprinkler head in the front. They gave me a bill for $170 dollars. It took the person 10 minutes. In that $170 they charged me $50 for a sprinkler head that cost $7 dollars. I complained and the secretary told me this is what it cost for two men to come onsite. I didn't asked for two men to replace one sprinkler head. I won't be using them again!"
