"These guys are great.  I had a very bad experience with Sears, trying to install one of their cheap garage door openers, so I decided this time to use someone better this time.  I'm not sorry I did.  They are very professional, make appointments and keep them, and they install their own very high quality garage door openers and related hardware.  They even helped me track down an electrical problem.  The only drawback is that they are somewhat pricy, but i think you are better off paying the money and having it done right than having to deal with the headaches with a really unprofessional job like Sears does.
