"After years of having a flooded basement we contacted Atlantic Coast Waterproofing. Gary, the owner, came to our home and explained the process he would use to guarantee (life time and transferrable) a dry basement. His explanation was very detailed and he answered all of our questions. The job was started promptly when scheduled and completed in the projected time frame. Plastic was draped over the basement contents to protect from dust, so the mess was minimal. All of the work was handled by the crew, Gary, Cody, Casey, Phil, and the very talented cement finisher, Richard. They cleaned the work site every day so that they were starting fresh the next day. The entire crew of Atlantic Coast Waterproofing possess a very strong work ethic. They are courteous, dependable, and considerate of their client's property. The saying "you get what you pay for", is very true in this case. The job exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Gary and his company for your waterproofing needs."

"I had several quotes for a fairly extensive leak in my poured basement wall resulting from poor workmanship during the original construction. Several contractors told me the foundation would have to be dug up to do a proper repair. I was hoping for another solution so I called this company. They came out to look and I was immediately impressed with their professionalism and candor. The first rep did not try to pressure sell me and even expressed skepticism that they could fix the problem. He called in other resources from the company to inspect it and offer their assessments. After careful examination and consultation with each other they determined that sealing the wall from the inside was feasible. I waited until now to write this review so I could be honest about how it turned out. Well, it hasn't leaked a drop! I would recommend this company to anybody. "Salesperson was overconfident and slightly pushy. They had to push back our project over 2 weeks after it was scheduled. They cut down many shrubs and left the mess for us to clean up and dispose of. We were told they would cover all of our belongings prior to starting. They only covered about 1/3 of the items in the basement and everything that wasn't covered was left a mess. The installers did not complete the entire project in the way we were told it would be done. Still waiting for Spring to make sure the basement doesn't leak, may revise my review after ensuring it is truly water proofed."

"Awesome and Great!! Let me start with their sales person. His name is Corey! I loved this guy. so professional, great helper, and very knowledgeable. Corey went over all details and explained everything so patiently to me, and then he went out and bought a brand new sump pump and replaced it with our old broken one at no cost for his labor. I knew right away since that moment I will hire this company because of this very nice and good man. Tracy! this is a great person who runs and manages the teams, date, and time. I can say she's a great customer service. Tracy went through the finance and explained even the small details with kind and professionalism. Jake (The Foreman) and his very polite and professional team. "There are very few genuine and honest people that you come across in life, especially in doing business. Justin @ RC Waterproofing is certainly one of them. I reached out to RC to get a quote for my mothers leaky basement. Water seemed to be coming in from the corner of one of the walls.
I'd gone to one other company already, was told that the basement needed to be dug up, and was prepared for the large price tag. However when Justin came out, he recommended and performed an adjustment to the sump pump, instead of a pricey demolition. He was very upfront in telling us that he always recommends the simple, economical solution, first, before jumping to the most expensive options.
We did find that we needed further solutions for the water in the basement, and we were provided with a very reasonable quote, much less than our quote from a competitor. We are in the process now of scheduling a date for service, but have no doubt that we will be satisfied with the work performed.

"They showed up early and asked if they could go ahead and get started.  They did my roof in one day.  They cleaned up extremely well.  They guaranteed their work.  Made sure all the nails were picked up.  Had put tarp all around the house.  Removed all lawn ornaments and put them all back when they are done.  Did all the extras not necessarily asked for - went the extra mile that we really appreciated.  Their crew was absolutely wonderful, cordial.  Any questions we had they answered.  Brian, the Sales Manager, came out everyday to keep watch.  The experience was fabulous.  The owner even came out to see how things were going.  They worked with our insurance company and went over the house with them.  It would be a wonderful world if all companies had this work ethic.  I recommended them to my neighbors and 3 of them hired them."
