"We hired this company for roof work a few years ago; overall, the work went fine. Our complaint is that additional work was needed and under the company's warranty. We have called and left several messages, and emails as well, with this company to commence work under warranty. Since July 2017, he has only returned one call. We understand that Harvey may have caused the owner to be backed up with work. However, not returning calls and following up on what he said is not acceptable. Alas, it is February 2018, and we have decided to give up. As for the lifetime warranty - if it sounds to good to be true, it probably is."
