"Hired this company to install new furnace and air conditioner. I was impressed with Mike the salesman, he worked with me to make sure I got the best system that I wanted for our house. My biggest concern with picking a company out to do the installation. Any retired HAVAC person will tell you that you can buy the best products, but if not installed right you are going to have problems. Don and Dwayne did an excellent job making sure everything was done right the first time ( no shortcuts ). Company stands behind their installations with a guarantee, that is important. I like that everything start to finish was one price, all listed on estimate before work began. I will continue you use this company for regular service and highly recommend them. Not only did he come out the next day to quote me on a new AC System install, but he was responsive to text and emails, professional and VERY reasonable on costs/install for a new system, compared to other local HVAC installers. Within a week, I was able to get my system replaced and am very happy with the level and quality of service and professionalism from his guys. Miro was the main technician who handled the installation and was efficient, courteous and took the time to explain everything. A+ and 10/10 Highly recommended, I will certainly be using him again for any and all my HVAC needs!"

"The first furnace they installed was extremely high tech. I was not satisfied with the length of time it took to heat my home. They sent someone (or a group of people) to the house three times to get it working to my satisfaction. When it wasn't happening, they talked to me and suggested a different furnace that did not have the variable cycling. It was more basic. They came in, removed the one I didn't like and installed a new one. They refunded the difference in price. I loved the new furnace. I have used Kasidonis for plumbing and for heating & cooling. One of the things I love about the company is that they treat the customer like the most important person in the world. They want their customers to be happy and satisfied. I will continue using their services and recommend them highly to all of my family and friends and anyone else reading this review. I don't think you will ever be disappointed working with the folks at this company. Plus- the price is competitive."

"The installation took only one day and a few hours the next day. Both indoor and outdoor spaces were well protected as they worked. Did a great job of cleaning up afterwards also. I love my new mini split system. I kept my temperature at 74° this summer and it cooled my entire first floor plus the dehumidification was extremely effective. Now I just turned on the mini split heat function so that I do not yet have to crank up my boiler. It is very effectively and quickly taking the chill out of my first floor living area. I am a very happy customer! I used to use two window air conditioners, one in my living room and the other in my dining room. My electric bill while running my new mini split air conditioner nonstop was almost half of what my electric bill was the last year! Once again I am a very satisfied customer and I wish I had called Gorjanc a few years ago!"

"I was looking for quotes for a new furnace since mine was over 20 years old and failed, so decided to have it replaced along with the matched central air conditioner unit. I got estimates from several heating and cooling companies but ultimately gave the job to RTT Heating and Cooling, LLC . "I was having trouble with my hot water baseboard heat system, it was heating erratically. Paul Quinn picked up the phone on the spot and he came out almost immediately to take a look. He was right on time and it was obvious he really knew his stuff. He determined that my boiler was in fact running fine and 2 of my 4 thermostats weren't working. The rather embarassing solution was to replace the batteries on the programmable thermostats. He also tuned up the boiler to get it running just a little better. It was a very pleasant experience overall, even if I felt like a bit of a dope for not changing batteries. He also made some suggestions on how to warm up one room by adding some more radiant heat line, which my wife appreciated because it it her office! I will definitely be calling Paul when it comes time to add that extra line and replace my boiler!"
