"Hired this company to install new furnace and air conditioner. I was impressed with Mike the salesman, he worked with me to make sure I got the best system that I wanted for our house. My biggest concern with picking a company out to do the installation. Any retired HAVAC person will tell you that you can buy the best products, but if not installed right you are going to have problems. Don and Dwayne did an excellent job making sure everything was done right the first time ( no shortcuts ). Company stands behind their installations with a guarantee, that is important. "It went great - I talked with Jeff for a long time about our boiler system and a few issues we've been having (main one that the third floor radiator doesn't give off heat, and secondarily that there are a few valves we'd like replaced) and the general state of our system. "I was having trouble with my hot water baseboard heat system, it was heating erratically. Paul Quinn picked up the phone on the spot and he came out almost immediately to take a look. He was right on time and it was obvious he really knew his stuff. He determined that my boiler was in fact running fine and 2 of my 4 thermostats weren't working. The rather embarassing solution was to replace the batteries on the programmable thermostats. He also tuned up the boiler to get it running just a little better. It was a very pleasant experience overall, even if I felt like a bit of a dope for not changing batteries. He also made some suggestions on how to warm up one room by adding some more radiant heat line, which my wife appreciated because it it her office! I will definitely be calling Paul when it comes time to add that extra line and replace my boiler!"
