The final grade created by R&D construction sloped toward the building on three sides. by code there should be a 5% grade away from the building for 10 feet around the perimeter. This was not done. R&D construction was paid for installing concrete which also never was done because the site was too wet. And the site was too wet, because all surroundings sloped towards the interior of the building. R&D construction quoted an additional $20,000 to repair their own mistake.
