We confirmed everything via phone prior to the project start date.

The project began promptly at 7:15AM Monday morning, and was finished promptly at 5PM Friday evening.

Everything was put away neatly at the end of each day, so there was never any mess to walk around or clean up after.

All waste was taken care of, and there was barely any sign of construction at the conclusion of the project - besides the fantastic work!

They did a very careful, expert job of painting all the complicated dental molding, and repairing cracks even after I'd said no need to (I have lower standards than his painter Ignacio does). Ricardo was always easily available by phone and text. The only thing I'd say is that the job took 20 work days (building allows 9-4, M-F), about 50% longer than he said it would take."
