Called at 9am this morning and he was here at 1PM Sharp like he said (punctuality 1 Star) I told him the issues I had and he found the solution in minutes, (no up sell or story 1 Star) We went to a second project of the Security Light install. The box didn't have the proper receptacle for installation, so I ran out to get it at a local HW Store. Jimmy continued with a plug replacement while I was gone (continued on with other things, awesome 1 Star) Got back with the needed part and the installation was completed in a few minutes, (quick and perfect work 1 Star). Final price was incredibly reasonable and exactly as expected (Honesty in pricing 1 Star) Add them all up and this was a 5 Star Visit. I would recommend this company and Jimmy heartily and have no worries ever using them again."
