"Arise did an excellent job.  We worked out pricing for the items not covered by the Big Deal before hand, and the pricing quoted was the final pricing given for the box removal, electrical and lighting installation work.  Pricing for the dry wall replacement and painting was worked out with the painter post lighting work, but the person Arise recommended did an outstanding job, even coming back at no charge to redo some spots that didn't come out the way we wanted the first time.  I highly recommend Arise, and have added them to my list of trusted contractors that I have no problem recommending to my neighbors and friends.
