"On the first day, the technician told us that he felt snaking the clogged kitchen pipe might either tear the soldered joints on the inside of the pipe loose and cause further damage or he might have simply bored a hole into the copper pipe and then suggested the whole length of pipe be replaced. He went out to his truck and came back saying that another technician would be at the house at or about nine the following morning. I called Gold Medal at about 10:30 and was told the team was hung up on an earlier job and I would receive a call when they were on their way.
