"They installed central heating and air in our home in 2025. They were efficient, did a excellent clean up, and friendly. They checked in a week after to make sure we were satisfied with the system and if we had any questions. We are extremely satisfied with the new system. The controls are easy to work and the system is very quiet and efficient."

"John Wiltshire was able to fit us in on this super hot day. Wasn't expecting his service until tomorrow. I'm so thankful he found the problem and it didn't cost an arm and a leg. Excellent work, very polite and explained what needed to be done. In no time we had AC again. I would highly recommend. Thank you, Spoor's Heating &Air ?"

"I called ThermoTech Solutions and they sent out a technician within 24 hours. I was pleasantly surprised that the technician was the same gentleman I talked to over the phone so I did not have to retell what was wrong with my system. Jason my technician who is also the owner was great. He tested my system, knew exactly what was needed, and had it repaired the very same day. He did not try to sell me on upgrading my unit or a bunch of repairs I did not need. The service was fast, very reasonably priced, and I have had no issues since. Will definitely be having ThermoTech Solutions come out for all my HVAC needs in the future!"

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Our Service Tech, Alex Peck, arrived on time to perform the annual check up & tune-up of our HVAC System. He was very professional and following the Tune-Up asked if there was any other items that needed done or looked into that he could take care of. His services were very much appreciated and very professional. Lee"

"Excellent Service from planning through Execution and installation to final fine tuning. The folks communicated well and explained every detail of the step. Got permit and inspection done. It was seamless. Thanks. R."

"It was great. It was a fast service. he's very efficient, really friendly, thorough in answering our questions, really nice and easy to talk to."

"Great service tech. replaced a capacitor and got us up and got us running. Cleaned the unit as well. Joined the Shamrock Club. WATCH OUT FOR THE FREE PLUMBING INSPECTION!! Was an excuse to try and sell us a new hot water system for $10,500.00. Service is good ... say no to Plumbing Inspection"

"It went great. The service tech was very informative, helpful, honest and kind. I like to learn what and how they are fixing things and he didn't mind me in his shadow. We had just purchased this home and he noticed it was missing a very important part of the problem. He showed me the part that he needed to solve the problem, showed me how it worked and also informed me the part was aprox 260.00 which I wasn't prepared for. A few moments later he found the part tucked away under the sink. For whatever reason the prev owners left it there and never repaired it. I love an honest agency and highly recommend BFP. He even checked out a toilet I thought may need work. It turned out we were not flushing correctly as it was an old toilet but still operable. The total repairs covered the cost of the Angie's list offer of 49.00. Great deal!"
