I felt comfortable for the first time in a very long time walking in the backyard without having to avoid mud, puddles of water, and mowing the lawn with confidence of not turning wet areas into a muddy mess. Next Level explained what were materials used and how the drainage system operates. Even after long periods of rain, Next Level was able to salvage the top layer of grass and was able to place it back after installation of the drainage system without me having to re-sod the yard. In doing so, saved me money, which is a blessing. After the work was over and a little TLC, it didn't take long for my lawn to recover. Next Level did an excellent job with the drainage system. A few years prior they also installed my sprinkler system."

"We hired Woods Home Services in 2006 to install a sprinkler system on our lawn. We have had no problems until this past week. We had a water leak and called the city of Bedford. They came out and said it was the sprinkler system, and they turned the water off until we could get it repaired. It was Friday and we envisioned a weekend without water. We called the installers, Woods, and told them our problem. Within the hour, a young man named Trey Woods was calling to say he was on the way. He stopped the water leak and turned the water back on. Mind you it has been several years since they installed. We were told *sorry for the inconvenience*, and he is contacting us this week to come back to repair the pipe and turn the sprinkler system back on. We are so very impressed with their professionalism, and cannot say enough good things about them. Trey worked in the mist, mud, and cold so that we could be comfortable for the weekend. Integrity is the word that comes to my mind. Installed in 2006 and came within an hour to repair in 2021."

"Merrifield connected us with one of their landscape designers, Sharon Ross, who was punctual, professional and gave us great ideas for our patio and backyard. We had a huge, old willow oak removed, which turned out to be hollow inside, and replaced by several large, beautiful holly trees. The crew also transplanted some other plants from the work site into other parts of the garden, and cleaned up an overgrown, over planted space. Sharon and her team were great, and happy to answer any questions. She continues to contact us to make sure the trees are in good condition."

"It’s been almost one year now, and I’m overdue in writing this review for Ground Effects. First of all, I’d like to say that the entire experience was really seamless and painless. Once we decided on what we wanted Mary, Josh and the crew got busy. The patio took several days to install and Josh and his crew worked really hard and did everything right. No pavers were laid before the foundation was really good and solid, and I mean solid. They were also able to replace some bricks and fix my front porch steps, which were installed poorly in the beginning when our house was first built. Josh made it look much better. I’d also note that they were able to go the extra mile for us, and fix an asphalt depression near the garage where it bordered the patio. But they didn’t just fix one spot. They corrected the entire problem in front of our garage and did a really good job. Overall, we love the patio! Everyone who sees it comments on how wonderful it is even, Amazon and UPS. Our friends and family whom I had described this project to before construction have all said that it came out much better than they expected or imagined. It has transformed the front of our house, we spend a lot of time on it now in the mornings and evenings and we are thrilled. "It's a huge place and their plants are luscious, it's fabulous. It's a beautiful place. They even have a little cafe. If you're a gardener, it's worth the trip to see this enormous center, it's huge. They have events, they offer training classes, they have a ladies night out. It's acres, it's just enormous. They provide professional gardening advice for free. If you have a problem you can go there and talk to someone who knows what their talking about. Their prices are higher than like Home Depot, but their quality is so good."
