"Customer Svc (calling into the office for scheduling/ followup) huge pain. The scheduling process is tedious. They pummel you with a barrage of emails, texts, phone calls. Their price is double other reasonable specific providers vs local handyman providers. I went with these guys based on their claim they *fix/repair* any minor defects. My oversized gutters were new a few years b4 service. I cleaned the gutters myself up until Ned Stevens work. I thought the check and fix was a good decision. As a result of this work, I now have downspouts separating from the gutter that I cannot fix myself. I expected much more for $190. Their *deals* $7 off , 10% off offer no value in my opinion."

"Vince called me back within hours of my sending him a message through Angie's List.  Even though he does not list Montgomery County as one of his service areas, he was completely willing to help us out.  In my message, I had requested the work to be done onsite but Vince explained why having him pick up the generator and take it back to his shop to work on it would make more sense.  His charge for pick-up and delivery back to us was only $34.95.
When Vince came to pick up the generator, he was on time and was able to give me a ballpark cost for the work (which turned out to be very accurate).  He said that he could get it back to us in 3-4 days but I asked if he could do it faster as there was a snow storm predicted for the next day or so.  Vince agreed to a shorter time line and ultimately got the generator back to us within 1 day!  There ended up being no snow storm but we got our generator back in working condition - along with a booklet of care instructions, a copy of our invoice, and a service history form.  A few days later we received a hand-written Thank You card in appreciation of our business.  I can't imagine how the service could have been any better.  We will use Vince for any future small engine repairs/maintenance we have and highly recommend him and his services.

"Gomez and Claudia were great to work with and the value of the service was incredible.  There was moderate damage from prolonged leakage to several mounting boards, soffit, and a rake board.  Everything was taken care of as part of the installation job.  They even touched up the new soffit that was replaced with paint I had left over that was color matched.  
The end result is my new gutters look great and are a huge upgrade from what was previously installed.  A+ Highly recommended!

"Company owner came out to do the gutters, downspouts and gutter-guards. He had to trim the end of my metal roof for a proper installation and completed that extra step while preparing for the install. I have heard half-round gutters require specific experience doing it correctly. He made the process look pretty simple, but then experienced people do that. The explained there are only three such seamless gutter machines in the state of Virginia. We did request quotes from other contractors but Right Choice Seamless Gutters were the only company who responded in my area. The rain started sprinkling and he still finished the project. "I bought an Angie's List Big Deal certificate for Fairfax Roofing Solutions after I had water leaking from a light switch box during a heavy rain storm. I called Chris Wallace the owner, first thing in the morning to schedule the inspection and repair. He was very flexible and was able to be out at my house 3 hrs later. They showed up, inspected the roof and made several repairs. I really appreciated how quickly they were able to fit me in. We had more bad weather forecasted and a potential hurricane coming through in a few days and they were able to schedule me and make the repairs immediately. I would definitely recommend them to others in the area.

"I was impressed with the promptness of the response to my assessment package bought from angies list and also surprised that no acual shingle or replacement work on the roof was recommended despite past leaks in the flat roof which was repaired==I was not. I was not aware the rear gutter was separating from the roof and the wood behind it was rotting.  i will probably replace the gutter as soon as I can get a second estimate.  McKay's estimate was $1500 to obtain a guttter that does not require periodic cleaning and $3200 to do all the gutters at the same time.
