"I can't say enough nice things about Ed Harvey. He is very knowledgeable about steam heat and he may be the nicest person I have ever met, although his wife Bonnie is a close second. He always answers his phone personally. We had an issue with our steam radiators spewing water on Christmas Eve. When we called him, he answered his phone at 8pm Dec. 24, told us what to do and rang our doorbell to fix it at 8am on Christmas Day. <br /> The conversion of our burner from oil to natural gas took a long time, but he kept us informed at each step.
