"Initially, I was pleased with the work done...the wait was minimal for them to put me on the schedule. The porch was power washed, repaired, resurfaced and sealed exactly as quoted. They cleaned up nicely too. And the results were like a brand new front step without any evidence that repairs were done. I've had a couple of issues since the work has been done...but the company has been very responsive to my issues. This last time the supervisor personally came and fixed the issues himself. Overall, I am pleased with the repairs to my front porch, and know if there are future issues, they will be resolved."

"We can't even begin to tell you how happy we are with the work that was done on our home. Our house went from being the "ugly duckling" of our street to the "beautiful swan" after Roman's crew was done with our home. Bill, Rob and Evan were the men who did our front porch, and it's what sets the look for the house. I could not have asked for three finer men who were a pleasure to get to know, and appreciate their workmanship. The guys would show up around 6:30am, and were ready to begin at 7am. They had the old porch torn off in a day, and over the next several days, an entirely new porch was framed and the most beautiful wood was used for the new flooring, along with white vinyl railings. They also put in my new front door and storm door to complete the project. For the siding, gutters, downspouts, soffit & fascia, I've not seen men work this hard and tirelessly in a long time. Fredericko and Jose would show up around 8am every day, and work until they had no daylight left to work in. The finished product looks incredible, and we are so grateful for the hard work the men put in to transforming our home. I've attached photos to the review so that you can see the amazing transformation of our home. "Ben and his guys were absolutely amazing. I chose Ben over two other bids not only because he was the cheapest, but because he was so nice and down to earth, so knowledgable, and also because i could tell that he was an honest and decent person not trying to upsell me or trick me into overpaying. I hired him to fix a botched shower remodel which not only had to be completely redone, but also had to be remedied, as the last guy left me with a bad plumbing issue and also never finished the job, rendering it unusable and leaving me no choice but to take the Air BnB unit off the market for the entire month prior. Ben and his four guys swooped in a few days later and ripped out and redid the shower surround very beautifully, and then proceeded to diagnose/repair/install/remedy every single problem I had had in all three of my units, which was a LOT, as I was unable to find a handyman or contractor who would even show up, let alone send over a quote. They did so many things, including replacing 3 sinks, and a stove and hauling them away, installing - range hood, installing carpet transition strips, repairing an awning, repairing water damaged baseboards, painting, mirror removal (it was GLUED on), installation of two other mirrors, and repairing the ceiling that was falling down due to a major leak, which was a difficult drywall job where it was located. They even discovered and fixed the leak on my roof which I had already hired someone to fix. I really can’t say enough good things about Ben and his guys, and already schedule him for three more upcoming jobs, including a deck restoration, and creating an enclosed cat house with separate storage space and pantry under my stairs, repairing missing siding and some other odds and ends over the next three months. FIVE STARS!?"
