"We have been customers of Watkins for a few years, but this is our first review on them. They are super friendly and do great work. A few years ago, they were able to help us get us a new furnace in a timely fashion when ours died in the middle of winter (it was really old). At that time, they noticed the AC was not installed correctly and not up to code (previous owner). We also knew the water heater was next to go, but were able to hold off until this year. Our new AC had a part go bad this year, but they were able to come out quick and repair pretty quick (and no charge). We are very pleased with all the work and highly recommend them!"

Always on time and very professional. Did a great job on the install and I love the system Can't even hear it run. "First of all I am not easy to satisfy.  I run a local roofing and restoration company so I expect a lot.  I analyze not only quality but price and customer service as well.  Wells HVAC satisfied and even exceeded my expectations.  I thought I had a good offer from another provider and I explained to wells that I was ready to pull the trigger with another deal but they came out and offered a better deal with a better warranty at a better price than the one I was going to go with.  I was really happy they replaced the system in my Condo.  I plan on using them to replace my unit in my other condo when it goes out and possibly the unit in my primary home.   You can end your search here and go with Wells.  You will be glad you did!

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

They completed the job in less than one day and even hauled the old unit away. When the initial inspection of the unit was completed, the technician discussed all of the possibilities with the repair. He was honest with me and suggested replacing the unit and the furnace as well while he was there. I like that when he gave me the estimate, both the technician and I signed it. This was all at his suggestion, which I appreciated. Overall, it turned out very well.
