"Eugene is so capable, talented and amazing! He single handedly put all of our furniture out of the way so he can start installing our floor. He removed the toilet to install the floor and FIX OUR TOILET! He then removed our refrigerator, range, and dishwasher ALL BY HIMSELF!! He originally told me he would have my floor done in 5 days but finished in 3 days. Before he left I asked him to give me an estimate for our carpeted area. We will have him install our carpet next. We requested some little things he even went right to Home Depot to help us finish the job. I will highly recommend using Flooring Pro Inc. "Over the years, we have used a number of contractors to remodel our home. By far, C. McNearney, LLC tops the list. The firm provided excellent quality work in the remodel of our master bedroom bathroom, completed the work on schedule, on time and within the agreed upon budget, and suggested very helpful design and product assistance. The project was a complete remodel of the bathroom that included removing everything. The shower was expanded in size with a built-in bench. The shower and the floor were tiled. The tile work done by C. McNearney is simply lovely. The grouting looks perfect. The shower was completed with a glass door. New fixtures were installed and relocated in the shower and replaced in the cabinet. Charles and his staff were a delight to have working in our home. Having a high quality remodel completed on time was worth what we paid. The bathroom looks great. We are pleased to highly recommend C. McNearney LLC."

His communication is world-class. His personality is warm, his character is top notch, and his pricing is at par with the quality he delivers. "John is professional, flexible, timely and honest! We originally purchased a tune-up package through Angie’s List. John arrived on time and listened to our concerns and suggested to tune-up or replace. We considered replacing “down the road.” John happily oiled our tracks, adjusted the springs and gave us new door info. Almost a year later, we called John to replaced our garage door, all hardware and a new Lock Master 8500 garage door opener that uses a deadbolt for added security. John arrived on-time, installed exactly as promised and said that he would come back in about a year to ensure all is working properly. If we have any questions or concerns, to give him a call. Who does this? John does! Highly recommended."

"I called to cancel it because, there was a lot of miscommunication. There was not enough understanding of what I needed and what they were doing. Then they tried to help me out, it turned out OK in the end and it got resolved. It took me a while to call them because, I had surgery. They were responsive and good. What I had done took longer, so I had to pay another $400. I would have done more research, or gotten more bids on it. They were pleasant, and responsible. For me, it would have been better if they had sent someone at first, before they did the job. I would have shown them what needed to be done, and they would have understood me better. They were punctual."

"I bought their contractor for a day at $300.00 which seemed like a deal. The thought was an online video indicated that the project could be done in one day by an inexperienced person. I met with the owner and we agreed that maybe it would take two of his experienced experts An entire day (so $600). We had challenges right in the beginning. There was an electricity outage in the neighborhood that slowed work as they could not use their saws or drills, then the two guys spent a long time arguing about how to do it, then the first four hours were up and one guy left and the other guy diligently stuck around to make up for the time wasted arguing and manually sawing which I appreciated(just to back up a second I had called the owner in the morning to discuss the outage and rescheduling and we had agreed that it would be okay as the equipment had batteries). The manager and I worked out a deal to bring out the one guy for an extra day at the same rate to finish it up and I want to say that I ended up adding one more day but this was two years ago. Nice hard working guy, just slower and less efficient than others I had worked with (in his defense he cost half as much). In the end my under deck roof is okay...it has a lot of spots that leak so my level of satisfaction is not high. In the end I got the work done at $600 (or was it $900?) This was a while back. It took two days I think, maybe three. At the end of the day I paid a C price for C quality work. In retrospect I could have recruited my brother to help me do it but it would have taken us four times as long and I can’t say the quality would have been better. Honestly if I had bid the whole job itself another crew might have charged me $3,000+. So with labor and materials I paid $1,200 maybe $1,500 and it’s adequate. I did appreciate the managers flexibility in extending the special price over additional days and letting the one guy stick around to make up for the bickering and electrical outage."
