"Very well. We were informed on a regular basis when the work would start and when the supplies dumpster and other items would arrive. Once everything arrived, the Lonestar staff began the process of removing the old siding and replacing it with the new siding. Partly through the process, the new storm doors were installed. All of this took about 10 days. The staff were very attentive to detail and really took pride in their work. Finally, the new gutters were installed. All in all, a job well done."

"First rate experience working with owner Brian Daniels and his son Jason. Brian's attention to detail was outstanding and it showed in the installation which looked amazing. The custom frameless enclosure is a highlight of my master bathroom remodel. He recommended going with a low iron glass which is almost totally clear without that slight green tint that glass sometimes has. I'm so glad I did with the white tiles. Brian made 3 trips in all, one to do rough estimate, one to make final measurements and template, and lastly to install. During installation Brian and Jason put down heavy paint cloth tarps to protect everything in the bathroom during installation. Can't say enough good things about Glen Allen Glass!"

"I received four quotes from various companies. Window Depot was the first to provide their information and described their product offering very clearly showing the key features and specifications. I compared these across all the quotations received and Window Depot windows had the best overall quality/specifications/cost value so I accepted their quote. It took about 6-7 weeks from placing the order (and paying front half of the money). Their installation team was scheduled once the windows arrived and they showed up promptly as promised and proceeded to quickly remove and replace all 15 windows in about 2 hours. They then spent the rest of the day and about two hours on the next day sealing and installing the window clad. The installers noted a couple minor issues and immediately resolved several but we had to reorder one window component as the glass had been cracked during shipment. There were no issues getting the replacement. I was very happy with the results and the team effort. I can highly recommend this team for your window replacment."
