I explained this to John, and though he said he was booked out for weeks, he said he'd try to shift things around to get to me by 2PM. He called at 10AM and said he could be here in 30 minutes. He was very professional and pleasant to talk to and work with. He quickly found the problem and had the parts available so he was able to make repairs immediately. I appreciate that he explained how the original installers could have done a better job with the drain line which would have prevented the cause of our outage. He then proceeded to redo the drain line the right way. Would gladly hire Absolute Temp Control again."

"It went VERY well. They were a few minutes late on the first day of the work but when the installer arrived, he worked steadily for 9 hours. He installed the new thermostat in the old location so I would have heat for the night (had been without it for 5 days) and came back the following day for relocation and final cleanup.  The installer, Matt, was professional and very responsive to my needs and answered any question I had.  The estimator, Craig Roggers, was also very professional and gave me several rebates that saved me over 700 dollars as well as advice as to acquire further rebates on my tax returns. He also explained the differences between the types of furnaces they deal in and answered all my questions as to maintenance, costs, warranties, etc.  Although an unexpected and unwanted surprise of the furnace failing on New Year's Day, Oregon Heating made it less painful by their quick response in ordering and replacing the old with the new.

"I really appreciate the responsiveness and punctuality of the crew from Revival Energy. Brett was a great sales rep and did an excellent job reviewing the process prior to booking. Every time I contacted them, they were quick to respond and that is so appreciated. Their crew also showed up on time and did a nice job with the install. To date, the AC unit is working great, and we are excited to have it. The only reason I cannot give Revival an excellent rating is because their technician who installed the unit broke my NEST thermostat. The thermostat worked great (nearly 6 months) until after it was removed and reinstalled by Revival's team. The installer simply put the thermostat back up (it was clearly broken) and left it there without informing me it was damaged in any way. I discovered it later that evening when the battery backup on the NEST ran down and the thermostat no longer worked. When I called the Revival team to discuss the issue, they quickly sent a tech back out to look at the thermostat. Unfortunately, his only excuse was that the Thermostat was "defective." Revival would take NO responsibility for mishandling the thermostat and told me it was my problem to take care of. It has been nearly two weeks since the install, and after being told to figure out what to do with the $250.00 thermostat on my own (which they broke) still no one has reached out to me to see if I was able to solve the problem, etc. I find it suspect that their responsiveness and customer care is excellent until a problem arises, and then nothing. I completely understand that accidents happen and in most cases I find myself to be quite reasonable. In this case, however, the technician should have informed me and his supervisor that the thermostat was "defective" or broken - if that was indeed the case - at the time he went to reinstall it. Instead he attempted to cover his mistake and hope that no one would notice. His actions indicated that there was some fault associated with his handling of the thermostat; and therefore, I believe it should have been Revival's responsibility to replace it."

"I hired Glacier HVAC To install a new furnace and water heater. I had interviewed three other companies. I liked the fact that glacier is a small company and the owner Tom did all the scheduling and installation. The work was prompt and very well done. The price was mid range between the other bids. Inspection by Happy Valley was scheduled the day after installation. Tom is a very personable individual who wants to please his customers. He gave me a follow up call after installation and actually brought new filters the next week because he had forgotten to give them to me At the time of installation. I will use his company again for future HVAC needs and would highly recommend him to others."

"Mark called me the same day I made the request for quotes/bids. He was on time for the in-home evaluation and provided a detailed estimate/proposal within a few hours. Mark is a straight shooter and gave me several options along with explanations as to what was gained or lost at the different price points. He was also very kind regarding other estimates and helping me to verify I was comparing apples to apples. The job was scheduled sooner than I anticipated, which was nice. His crew was on time and began removal before Mark arrived on sight to work with them and supervise. His workers were very professional and mindful of my overly curious cat that seeks to escape at any opportunity. The entire job took a day to complete from beginning to end and they hauled away the old equipment and scrap. The AC now blows nice and cold for the first time in about 10 years.
