From the moment I contacted Gregg, he was extremely responsive to my needs and I found him especially easy to communicate with. I explained that I was building a new home and I had limited time to determine what electronics I want and I needed to get the home pre-wired within about ten days (before insulation and drywall). "Walt assessed the condition of a toilet and determined it would need to be replaced (as I had expected).  He and Tammy went to Home Depot and picked up a toilet (the price of the toilet is not included in the above), which was a huge help.  While Walt removed the old toilet and installed the new, Tammy worked to remove old caulking and recaulk the bathtub.  They took the old toilet and the box for the new toilet with them, leaving me with a renewed bathroom and no mess.
Walt and Tammy are a fantastic team and I will not hestitate to hire them again.  I currently am building my "Walt and Tammy List."
