"My second appointment with Geek Choice in March went well. The phone call from the office to determine what I wanted to accomplish at the visit is a great idea. I would say that here is where Geek Choice can look for complications. For example, someone who's used a computer at work and at home may still be unaware of some basic ideas. For example, if a device is to be added, does it need to be charged, does the person have the correct cable or battery, etc. Young people know this; older people do not necessarily.
The representative was courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and offered additional tips. He arrived within the time frame specified.

"I contacted Gregg at Smart Home Mojo as I found that he is one of the very few experts in his business that continually gets excellent five-star, impeccable reviews that contain detailed information from the customer in regards to their experience. From the moment I contacted Gregg, he was extremely responsive to my needs and I found him especially easy to communicate with. I explained that I was building a new home and I had limited time to determine what electronics I want and I needed to get the home pre-wired within about ten days (before insulation and drywall). "Just moved into new home. Had to re-wire for stereo and systems. Required relocating media center into another room. Hole patching/re-texturing  in drywall as well as replacing removed sections of sheetrockl. Found on Angie's list, called and received immediate response. Very friendly and kept me informed on when he could come out for estimate and perform work. Excellent job, can't see where the missing sheetrock and holes were. Took longer than thought, but he did tell me he is a perfectionist and indeed is. Very little mess from work left behind, minimal dust. *Just wish they had removed shoes while in house, or asked. I had shoe covers by door for them. :-)"
