I assumed this was going to increase the work load by a day or two, (a huge mistake on my part). I asked for a breakdown of the costs and he said he would provide it later. He left to go get the parts and ss sink. He was back within the hour and started work. He took a 1/2 hour break to get lunch around noon. I asked how many hours this would take and when would he come tomorrow. He stated he would be done later today. He was done by 2 PM and I was flabbergasted and felt betrayed. Figure it out, 5 hours work, approximately $400 dollars in parts and $2,000 in labor, and I still don't have my cost breakdown. But, they have already charged my credit card. Very disappointed in them and in my own actions to have them continue work without getting reassurances and cost breakdowns."

"The best part about this company for what I needed was that they warranty the foundation, which no other company did. They all were very nice as well. They were more expensive and where hard to get a hold of at times. I also asked the them To put in a check valve for irrigation. We decided on one location and then when it came time to install, I was asked by the lead plumber if it was ok to put it next to the water main. I said, if it s ok to, then I m fine with it. The city came to inspect and failed it because a check valve needs to be on property and not on a park way. They had to come back out, re-dig a hole, wait for the city to come back to re-inspect it then they had to come back and fill everything in. This dragged a the whole process out to over two weeks rather then 3-5 days."
