"Safe Basements have been a complete joy to work with, the customer service was professonal and friendly. The assesser was honest, no up selling or down selling. They finished the project 2 weeks after booking. The workmen were effiecent, made sure to cover everything so nothing got covered with dust, they even swept! "Completely useless visit. I requested a water softener repair. The technician tested the water and discovered that it was hard (I knew this already because the water softener wasn't working). He pushed buttons on the control valve of the water softener and discovered that it wasn't working (I already knew this). They couldn't repair the water softener because it wasn't "their" equipment (brand and model was noted in the repair request, so they presumably already knew they wouldn't be able to repair, but came anyway). The technician volunteered to send a plumber and a sales consultant. Don't waste your $98 on Aquarius. This company is a complete scam. "
