"They did an excellent job. It required 5 trips because we had multiple problems. We had a sewer back up and they came right away. They were extremely professional, reliable courteous, and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend them and I would definitely hire them again."

"I had a drain clog that was becoming a real headache, and Sewer Surgeons took care of it quickly and professionally. The technician was friendly, showed up on time, and explained what was going on without making it complicated. The price was fair, and there were no surprises. The whole process was made easy and overall I would recommend them to anybody in a heart beat."

"A friend of mine referred me to Viper Drain Cleaning. I couldn’t get the tub to drain properly so after trying a few remedies I called them to help me out. The guy who showed up was friendly and professional. He wore plastic wraps over his boots and thoroughly cleaned the tub afterwords. After checking the whole system he showed me what looked like a leaking pipe in the basement. He kept me updated, showed me photos of the work and made sure I approved before proceeding. I would certainly recommend this company to others having plumbing or draining problems."

"They came out and noticed that there was a low charge on the heat pump and noticed that there was some corrosion on some of the pipes so they figured there may be a leak in the system. As a result I will be getting a new unit altogether that is covered by the home warranty that Choice has provided. The only out of pocket cost that I need to pay for is any modifications and fabrication that needs to happen to integrate the new system. So in total I am paying $550 for a $5000 system."

"The technician emptied the freezer, which was in the basement, to work on the part that needed repair. Then he neglected to put anything back into the freezer, including a turkey I had bought for Christmas and a rack of ribs. Two days after he left, I went out of town for two weeks. The turkey actually exploded and spewed its liquid all over everything, which had to be discarded. I let AHS know and they couldn't even bother to call me or follow up on this. I'm considering not renewing my contract with them because of the quality (or lack thereof) of many of the providers they send."

"Tom Newman and his crew did an excellent job! They worked tirelessly to complete the demo on time. Their work was professional, as was the clean-up. I'm so pleased with the crew's skills that I'm recommending North Star to my contractor for additional demo and framing projects."
