There was some wrinkles and additional work he did not expect, but he did it all for the same price he initially quoted. Doug and his team are thorough, communicative and completely professional. "I hired County Comfort Services, LLC through Angi and paid $11,000 in full on December 29, 2025 for a furnace replacement. The company missed multiple scheduled installation dates (January 21 and January 29, 2026), provided inconsistent explanations, and failed to perform any work. No equipment was ever delivered. After repeated attempts to resolve the matter, I formally terminated the contract and demanded a refund. As of today, no refund has been issued and communication has largely stopped. I am posting this review to document non-performance and failure to refund prepaid funds."
