"He was very helpful and thorough in showing me how to fix the garbage disposal. He went through and explained how to keep the disposal clean so I could avoid the problem in the future. He found the problem to be a tiny piece of aquarium rock. He even drew me a diagram of how the garbage disposal worked. I definitely learned a lot! He also repaired a banister for me by tightening up the bolts on one end. He also fixed my front door. He showed me that my top hinge was broken. He ended up putting in a new hinge. We are now able to close and open the doors without making a huge racket. There were some issues that he recommended I purchase the materials for instead of him to save money. I also will be needing a two doorbells, a carbon monoxide alarm, and my address numbers replaced. He assured me that I would be saving money in the long run by going shopping myself for the items I need and using him to install them. I plan on calling him back as soon as I get these items because I trust he will do an exceptional job for a very reasonable price."

"I knew that Danny was the one I wanted to do my kitchen when he came to give me an estimate. He had great ideas, many options, reasonable pricing and was very personable. Whenever I called him he always returned my calls. Danny and his right hand man, Dominic, make a great team. They both took great care to do everything to perfection. Danny helped me pick out cabinets and flooring. He sent me to wonderful people to pick out granite for the countertops and tile for the backsplash. When I wasn't sure about the tile, Danny even met my husband and I on a Saturday to help us figure it out and select something that we would love. He put in extras like a pull out garbage cabinet, a wonderful cabinet that holds my heavy electric mixes and brings it up to counter level when I need to use it. I have pull out drawers and a two shelf lazy susan to maximize the space in a corner that would otherwise just be wasted. The kitchen has an opening by the sink that looks out into the family room. Danny used matching wood to the cabinets and created a molding, along with a wonderful light fixture, to create a beautiful area that enhances the kitchen. He extended the tile backsplash on either side of the opening and put granite on the bottom. Danny added an island with many pull out shelves, large and small, to give me much more storage. The island is amazing and greatly adds to the kitchen. Dominic is an expert electrician who made sure I had ample outlets and wonderful under the cabinet lighting. Danny is an expert plumber who added a water filter, as well as an instant hot that matches the faucet. Because he is such a good guy, he even fixed a problem in our bathroom that had nothing to do with the kitchen remodeling. Absolute Kitchens and Baths is a first rate company. I will absolutely use them again."

"My wife and I highly recommend Northeast Ohio Renovations! The results exceeded our expectations. They removed old aluminum siding and installed new vinyl siding, 3 pairs of shutters, 2 mantles, 3 entry doors, gutters, and downspouts. We received several estimates and chose Northeast Ohio Renovations based on their price and reputation. We signed a contract in July 2017. They began working on the siding in April 2018, which was a long wait, but the reason being that they only have one crew and many clients. Their work speaks for itself and it was worth the wait. The crew was wonderful! They were considerate, tidy, helpful, and asked questions when in doubt. They went above and beyond. Dan even offered to mount my new wireless doorbells. I can't say enough about this crew. A few weeks after the installation, I noticed one of the gutters was leaking. The owner, Bob, came out to take look and found that it was due to an issue with our roof. Even though it was totally unrelated to their work, he still came back later to caulk the gap and fix the leak. We are very happy with the job and are still getting compliments 3 months later! "Was very pleased with how well M S Puskus Custom Remodel did the entire job went. All work was 100% done by M S Puskus, nothing was jobbed out to outside sources.

  This century home with one bathroom was extremely lacking in modern features with much wasted space. The plaster and lathe walls were removed as in they were damaged over 95 years and covered with a type of paneling to disguise the cracks. A new pre-hung bathroom door was installed and trimmed out.

   All the plumbing which had to be replaced and rerouted for the tub/shower, sink and toilet to new locations (hot and cold feed as well as drain for each). As with any century home, when you uncover and move things other issues arise. Structural issues were overcome reinforcing the floor and replacing the drain line/vent stack which was well beyond its usefull years.The years of knowledge M S Puskus has came in handy for solving issues as they came up.

    All new modern electrical wiring was installed by M S Puskus for overhead light/exhaust fan, sink vanity light and electrical plugs with proper vent to outside installed for exhaust fan installed. Also, a well as a new medicine cabinet was installed.

   New drywall was installed and finished on walls, all surfaces were professionally primed and painted my M S Puskus.

    New modern laminate flooring was installed, after recommendations by M S Puskus based on usage, durability and cost. Am very happy with this flooring, and at least three people have seen the finished floor and are in the process of giving their bathrooms a simple makeover with this flooring.

     New toilet, sink vanity and bathtub/shower were installed. Again, M S Puskus installed all fixtures with great knowledge and ability.

     Finally the construction of two floor to ceiling linen cabinets were made on site. These were designed to replicate the sink vanity wood work down to the smallest detail, including the doors and trim matching the doors, drawers and trim looking exactly like they came from the factory. The color of the paint was even perfectly matched and finished expertly by M S Puskus.

     I am very pleased with the final product. A beautiful showroom quality bathroom with fantastic functionality and design. Will be having M S Puskus back for the next remodel job I need for sure!

"By far the best experience I have had. I needed my whole kitchen rewired, after Alan viewed the problem he would not let me wait the 2 weeks I was planning. The situation was that dangerous. Alan took time away from his weakend and worked on it all day Saturday and Sunday. It was shocking to find someone who cared so much about the safety of someone he did not even know.
