"It was great, and we are so happy with our new addition! It took about a year from hiring them to completion, longer than I hoped but it was worth the wait. There were a few minor bumps along the way, but the crew resolved each issue promptly. "After having hip surgery a while back, this young man replaced my old shower with a new safety equipped shower. He did a great job in a timely manner. He was very polite, professional, and explained all the new features. "

"At the beginning the work started well but by the end the quality of work especially the drywall was subpar. Tom is slow in getting a quote to you but does respond. Tom is very nice but his staff is not professional especially Dave. I thought with Tom being in business as long as he has would be able to provide in a professional manner quality work. It is not true. Tom asked if I wanted his guys to take up the carpet. I thought ok. However, they tore up to 10 inches of drywall off many of the walls. They attempted to repair them but the work was subpar. I thought they were winding up work so I contacted the painters. The painters came in. There was tension between the paint foreman and Tom's crew. They were squabbling like elementary children on the playground. (I am not happy with the painters either but this is a separate matter) The walls unfortunately got painted with the poor drywall job. The painter did provide a drywall person to repair the worse spots. There are still poor spots on the walls but I wanted Tom and his crew out of my space. Each of the respective parties were blaming each other. This behavior is so unprofessional. On Friday last week, Dave was yelling at me over errors I did in trying to improperly apply color to the walls so I could see what it looked like (I applied the paint way before any drywall began). Again, because of poor communication the painters just painted over the poor drywall job. I did agree to pay for it since it was my mistake that should have been brought to my attention long before it was even painted over. Dave did such a bad job that there were air bubbles in the drywall because he did not let it set before he painted over it. Tom did have his other guy fix it. It looks better but not perfect. I had Tom put two new toilets in the space. There is now a big gash in the brand new floor where the floor doe not meet the toilet. There was not even going to be an attempt on Tom's part to fix this. In my opinion, all of the unnecessary drywall could have been avoided by properly having his guys take up the carpet right to begin with. I paid over $8,000 for unnecessary drywall, If you only have Tom's crew do the bare minimum that you need done for your project, then you are in good shape but BEWARE of them doing anything extra as it will cost you!"

"I hired this contractor to complete some repair work on the two posts of the front door of our home. The contractor had me pay half ($1200) upfront and we scheduled a date for the work to be completed. When the designated time and date arrived, the contractor did a great job reviewing the work he would be completing and the costs associated. The job took a weekend to complete. After the job was completed on a Sunday afternoon, I informed the contractor I would be getting a cashier's check to pay him the rest in full just like before. However, I hit a snag with my bank and transferred money to the wrong account # and that created a delay in paying them. Long story short, the contractor was very rude and disrespectful during the communication with him. Unfortunately, because he lacks professionalism, I informed him that after we concluded this business transaction, I would it be using him in the future and I certainly will not be recommending him. Lesson learned."

"We are very pleased with our entire project with Superior Bath. John took a lot of time with us in the planning and selecting phase. Work was completed in less than the time specified and the installer, Aaron was great to work with. Had a problem with the toilet after three months and they were great about coming back to fix it. The fix didn’t work though and instead of messing with another repair, they just replaced it with a brand new one. We would definitely recommend this company."

"They repaired water damage in a bedroom and a bathroom. Did a fabulous job in doing a through and complete repair of the two rooms. John the project manager walked my wife I through planning, selecting materials, fixtures and all the countless things we never thought of. The final result is stunning. Beautiful craftsmanship and work. On final walk through I pointed out a couple minor things I noticed that needed attention. Very nitpicking of me. Those couple of items were addressed quickly and better than I expected or asked for. I recommend working with D R J Construction for quality and stunning workmanship."
