"Took care of the cleaning and service of thankless water heater. This was one of many plumbing services from bathroom remodel and leaks to garbage disposal replacement and small plumbing services."

"I sent an inquiry through Home Advisor the night my water heater started leaking and Bob called me bright and early the very next morning. He was professional, pleasant and replacement pricing was very reasonable. He and his plumber treated my home with respect by putting down drop cloths and they were quick with the replacement! They now have a customer for life."

"On time, in fact earlier than expected. Courteous technicians. Provided options for repair or replacement and was forthcoming about what he saw. Recommended a highly reviewed water heater. All around excellent."

"I will hire them again"

"A1 Tech Stephen Loyd with Mr. Rooter Plumbing provided excellent service in removing the old water heater and installing the new water heater. He was professional and provided awesome customer service. Well done!"

"Prime Plumbing provided excellent customers service from the beginning to the end. Rob was very thorough when he came out to provide estimate, financing options and gave good explanation of what was needed to replace my direct vent hot water tank for my condo. Rob was also the one who installed the hot water tank and did an excellent job. Direct vent hot water tanks are much more expensive than your standard hot water tank, so it was pricey. I initially found Prime Plumbing on Angie's list and I would recommend them for your plumbing needs. I'm a single female in my early 60's. I did end up using my own financing because their finance company interest rates were way too high for someone with excellent credit. Do rate comparison first."
