"I am having a truly unpleasant experience with 7th State Builders. I paid 14,450.00$ deposit in good faith. They were contracted to rebuild my deck, place a roof structure and screen on the deck. I trusted that they would complete the work. Instead, they took my money and one year later had not even started on the project. Not only did they fail to perform the agreed-upon services for the deck, but I was forced to hire an attorney to try and recover my deposit. Which I haven?t yet (over one year). Thus, creating unnecessary expenses to an already frustrating situation. I would strongly advise against using this company. At the end of the appointment, he provided the most detailed inspection report, detailed the packages available, and helped me determine what would best fit my needs. After scheduling the roofing job, Shawn remained in constant contact and the same is true for the entire team. I received regular communication regarding every aspect of the project including delays due to weather. The crew completed the job in 1 day as promised and sent tons of photos along the way. The customer service, care, and quality at Roofing Pups is unmatched and they make you feel comfortable with a process that can seem daunting. Calking and trim work was very sloppy. Went through the shower wall into my bedroom, did sparkle wall and left it. Shower doors have leaked and was finally told six months later that there is nothing they can do to correct the issue. Originally quoted $24,000.00 for the walk on shower, eventually agreed to $11,500.00. Completely dissatisfied with my shower. Once they get their payment, they are done."
