My 1952 house was not equipped with a vent, nor proper traps for either the washing machine or sink. There were sewer gases backing up on occasion, into the sink area, which is of course unpleasant.

Robert installed the traps, then came back to add the vent to the outside of the house. He did not have to go through the attic and roof. The end result looks like it was built with the house, and blends in well with the exterior.

He responds to my need for help either instantly or within 24 hours, is professional and knows his business. Anyone he hires is up to his standards, and those are very high. Having a reliable and qualified plumber is key to survival, and for that need, I go to Robert!!

He took care of working with county and inspections, even laid out a different option that dug less of my yard up! He and his son got to work and had it done in a days time. "Last night we found out toilet backing up. Crazy overflowing water. We were lucky we had a wet vac.... Searched all night and don't sleep easy. Called first thing in the am. Answered right away. Had great pricing and was willing to come immediately. Offered various payment options. Were friendly and masks per covid-19 protocol. Finished the job in about an hour. Cleaned up and rolled out. Turns out we needed our main line snaked and toilet seal replaced. They removed the whole toilet to do the job. Would definitely use them again!! Thanks guys!"

They were kind enough to put a cloth tarp down in the foyer where recent flooring had been installed.  They worked professionally and quickly.  They answered all my questions and explained their work.  I will be expecting this heater to last a long time and can't comment on the brand. A.O.Smith, yet. I did pay more for this "upgraded" (from the Giant brand) water heater.
