"Andrew Brown from Alarm Protection Group facilitated the installation of our home security system. He was a very helpful and informative, and was not pushy, as with other ADT sales reps. He followed up with us after the system was installed to see if we had any questions or concerns re the system. I highly recommend Andrew to anyone who is interested in a home security system."

"The alarm security system in our condo needed to be upgraded. Ryan L, who we worked with on the project was fantastic all-around and COVID safe. Strongly encourage everyone to reach-out to Protect Your Home; the ADT Authorized Premier Provider."

"Brandon and team were par excellence! I received prompt attention and service. They were good spirited and helpful as I developed questions during the process. This is a new house (to me) and I knew very little about security systems, but the fees were less than some of the house receipts of the previous security system that came with the house. Brandon and team made it easy. Highly recommended!"

"Abram is a wonderful electrician who makes sure the job is complete and that the customer is happy. We would recommend this company for any electrical work you need, large or small."

"Only company on Angi's List that would repair our current system (smoke alarms, window sensors and home security system) and not try to sell us a new system. They responded promptly."

"Good price. Typical monitoring services. My only real issue is that most of their account servicing needs to be done via snail mail or over the phone--they do not have a website to update contact info, billing info, or other details."

"Very easy to set up this system. We had a partially wired system for over 20 years. It was simple to replace the sensors with the new ones. So much more compact and efficient that our old system. There were very few glitches and it was very easy to contact customer support to resolve them in a matter of minutes."

"We learned on a Friday afternoon that my husband needed a criminal background check in order to participate in an international program - that he was scheduled to fly out for on Sunday morning! We found many online providers that offered an "instant background check" service, but were hesitant to give his SS# to just anyone, so we came to Angie's List to see if any trusted providers were listed here. Upon finding CSI Secure Solutions, I called them directly, and Chris himself (the owner) answered the phone. He personally committed to get it done, and he worked with me directly to get exactly what I needed within the time frame required. He made a stressful situation very seamless and simple, and I recommend him extremely highly!"
