But he was able to fix the low pressure in the sink by replacing the faucet. All other plumbing companies we had out said our only option was to replace the old galvanized pipes! I truly appreciate that Konner took the time to look at the issue, listen to us and come up with a solution that worked and not just say the most expensive option of replacing all the pipes! The work was expensive, but I think that was just the nature of the job. It's an underground pipe, so I guess time will tell whether he did a good job. "Garret was referred to me by my brother in law who is a plumber. Garret worked on. Two of my rentals. Repairing a leak and replacing a kitchen faucet at one house and and at the second he replaced a hot water tank. The hot water tank had been leaking for awhile and Garret recommended that the floor be replaced(it was pressed partial board that had been softened by the leaking tank). He brought everything “up to code” so I know going forward that this. Project is completed. The work was done quickly and I paid a fair price for the work. I will be calling Garret in the near future to replace a few more Hot water tanks BEFORE. They damage the floor!"

"I found out my water heater was leaking the night before. I noticed water coming from my laundry room had made a puddle of water into the adjacent office space. I decided to wait till next morning because I knew emergency calls can be very expensive. Next morning I started calling around for someone to come out and look at it but was finding it very difficult to find someone to come out same day. I called 3 or 4 different places and they were all not available or Did not call me back. The only company that responded to me within the hour was JM Plumbing. They were also the only company that were willing to come out same day and gave me an awesome price that beat all competitors by far. The owner agreed to come out to do the work at end of day after his last job, he arrived on time with an assistant. Was very professional, friendly, fast and did an excellent job. Total time installing was about about an hour to hour and a half. He went to buy a new water heater and new hose to replace my old one, gave me all receipts and warranty paperwork . I am very satisfied with the work he did, the heater is working beautifully and I am very pleased with the job done by JM Plumbing. I highly recommend them over anyone in olympia, they do an awesome job for an awesome price!"
