The job included creating a hole in our bedroom ceiling to accommodate the new ceiling outlet, pulling the wiring through the attic to the bedroom wall where the new switch would be installed, changing out the existing 2-gang switch box for a 3-gang box, neatly widening the hole in the existing dry-wall to accommodate the wider box, freeing up the super-tight original cabling to the 2-gang box to create enough play to fit them into the new, wider box, and probably a bunch of other work I can only guess at. He was careful before he cut into any of the plaster -- measuring at least three times to be sure. He cleaned up very well afterward. He'd estimated the job at $300 and stuck by it, even though I suspect the job took him longer than he'd originally planned, and then reduced it by 10% as an Angie's List discount. I needed to have the job scheduled within about a week after I called, and he cheerfully made it happen, with no extra charge for my narrow time-window. I'm very pleased with his work, the cost, the result and his flexibility. I'll be calling him in near future to do some other electrical work in my home, and I expect I'll be equally pleased with that experience."
