The did a great job at the time, but what really sets them apart is their customer service. The team was incredibly responsive at the time of installation and they have been more than willing to stand by there work in all the years since. Recently, we found that due to some additional settling one of the jacks had come loose. When I called to ask about the adjustment, they responded to my voicemail the same day and were more than willing to schedule a time within two business days to come do an adjustment. "Tim arrived on-time for the estimate and a price was agreed on. Start date was delayed due to not being convenient to other job being worked. Once started, two of Tim's employees arrived on time and got started, Tim arrived about an hour later to see how the job was progressing. The transition strips had been pre-ordered and were already on-site. I recently had a custom transition ramp built for my backdoor off the bedroom to the deck and that was destroyed when they removed my damaged laminate floor (it could have been saved) Tim went to the local hardware store and bought supplies to rebuild the ramp and recharged me. Hoping the job could have been completed in 1 day, the workmen had to return a 2nd day and worked until 2pm to complete. On that day Tim also arrived an hour later and had to buy even more supplies. Tim arrived around 5pm for a walk-through and I pointed out a cracked tile by the front door (next to the new tile and transition), Tim asked if that was there before and I stated no. No mention of repair. He proceeded with his inspection and presenting me the bill. Also, Tim stated medical issues that he didn't preform the work himself. <br />"
