"Al was very kind and straightforward. He did initially tried to charge me a little more than the average for the area but after I explained that I had done research for the labor costs and already have materials he got the cost significantly also mention that you found him on Angie's List. I am very pleased with how the floor looks they did a very quick job some very weird layouts because my house is strange though I love its eccentricity. Though it takes a long time to book him because he is usually busy he works very fast, but not sloppily, and the work was completed in approximately 4 days with a small crew of three one of whom was his son. we are almost done with most of our work but I'm a call him back for some minor repairs thing that needs to be completed the only complaint I have is that at least one of the workers is a smoker and I found a few cigarette butts in my yard or in the bushes next to where they were sawing which was not very pleasant. That is a minor complaint though because as contractors go they show up on time and they get the work done and they get the work done well; which, I don't know if you use very many contractors, is unusual and a good thing. Overall I would use them again in a heartbeat and I would suggest them to other people.

"Everything went great and as planned flooring looks great and everyone that sees it loves what mr James did I also had 50 stairtreads they installed and totally transformed my staircase and the stain and polyurethane makes the floor look like glass and is very smooth at all transitions to the ceramic GREAT JOB! "Just wow! I could not have hired a better crew. Our house looks amazing. They did such a great job at a reasonable cost, the neighbors hired them too. I can't say enough about these talented guys. They showed up on time, were very professional. They used Behr stain that is warrantied for 25 years. It looks gorgeous.

I look forward to hiring this crew again for future projects. They went above and beyond all expectations. Highly recommend this company.

"the leak was discovered Wednesday morning. Water was already leaking to the second floor. Sheri Lane was wonderful to place a claim for us, however the Friday scheduled service was just not responsive enough for us and we had the work done for $399.00. I'm sending in a paid invoice for reimbursement consideration. As a Homeowner, we just needed to minimize secondary damage that we realize is not covered under the home warranty. "Nyma Home Improvement is the bee's knees. I moved into an unevenly remodeled 90 year old house that has some bugs to be sorted out. One of which was a range that conked out within the first few months of use. The replacement range arrived about 3/4 inch wider than anticipated and needed to be placed in a granite-top island that did not have a lot of wiggle room. Mr. J gave a window of time that he could show up and arrived as anticipated. When I asked if he could move an electrical outlet to accommodate the new appliance, he called two of his crew who also arrived ready for action. Moreover, Mr J minimized the clean up for the job by asking for, then placing sheets and towels in the kitchen to capture the dust. In little time, he and his crew had wheedled the granite on the island and moved the electrical outlet to snugly fit behind the new appliance. They voluntarily swept the floors and wiped the one countertop that was not covered. It is refreshing to do business with people who have pride of ownership, a can-do attitude, and provide excellent craftsmanship. The referrals have already begun!"
