"When our garage door was installed, our old one went up and down without any problem. Since they put a new one in, it is not going up and down without stopping in the middle and we have to click on the switch again. Now, if they do not fix it, they want to put a new electrical box in for about $350. More. Do you think that is right? Do you think I should recommend them? We had a new one put in just for security reason (our old one had window's in it and was not hurricane proof."

"We had the garage door installed in Dec 2021. Since then, the door makes a very loud, grinding sound when it opens or closes. We called customer service in Feb and they came out and banged on the door with a hammer and sprayed some lubricant. It solved the problem for about a week. Since then it still makes a very loud, grinding sound. I called them again to please send someone out to correct this problem. Now they want to charge me over $100 for a service call. I explained to them that the problem was never fixed. I was told that I purchased the least expensive garage door ($3000) and that these are problems that i will have for the life of the door. I am not happy with that reply. The door is binding and needs proper service but I am not paying any more money to this company to fix a problem that has always been there."
