They were telling me one thing, but were telling my home warranty company something different. When I requested all three of us get on the phone to clarify the misunderstanding, Repair Tech Plus declined. I would grade it basically to an B, I got the best one going according to most people. There is one in Colorado that will covers everything, but they are only located in Colorado. It can also take three days, or five days, it depends on the time of the year. With air conditioning, it can take more in the Summer time, because I am in Florida. Most of the time they are not that bad. The cover most of my major appliances, my washer, dryer, my pool. My daughter also uses the same company, they have done her washer, dryer, and air conditioner."
